The exam (Taxi Vakbekwaamheid Theorie) takes 60 minutes and has 40 separate questions, mostly multiple choice plus other types such as drag-and-drop, fill-in, hotspot and yes/no questions. You pass with at least 32 correct answers (80%). The exam is in Dutch only, costs €51,40 at the CBR and the result is valid for 1 year (source: cbr.nl).
