Terms of Service

Welcome to ChauffeurKlaar. These Terms of Service govern your use of https://chauffeurklaar.nl and the digital training content made available through it (the "Service").

1. The Service
ChauffeurKlaar provides online practice exams and training material to help you prepare for the Dutch taxi theory exam. The Service is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CBR (the Dutch driving licence authority) in any way. Passing a practice exam on ChauffeurKlaar does not guarantee that you will pass the official exam.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a package. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

3. Account, packages and attempt limits
You can create a free account with your email address and a password, or sign in with Google. A free account includes one free trial exam (40 questions). You log in with your email and password, with Google, or with a single-use 6-digit code that we email to you. If you buy without an account, we create one for the email address used at checkout and email you a login link. Each exam in a package has a fixed number of attempts as described on the pricing page; once an attempt is started it counts even if you do not finish it. Each package has a fixed validity period that starts when your payment is confirmed. If you buy a new package while a previous one is still valid, the new period starts when the current one ends.
Package "Complete question bank – until you pass": this package gives access to all questions and all exams for 12 months from payment confirmation. It does not run forever automatically: if you fail the official CBR taxi theory exam while your access is valid, email ridahel19991@gmail.com with proof of the failed result (e.g. the CBR result letter or screenshot) and we will extend your access by another 12 months free of charge. We do not guarantee that you will pass.

4. Acceptable use
You agree not to share your account or login details, redistribute the exam content, scrape the Service, or attempt to circumvent attempt limits. We may suspend access for any account that violates these Terms.

5. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed on the pricing page and include VAT where applicable. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payments, invoices, VAT and refunds are handled by Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record.

6. Refunds
Because the Service is digital content and access begins immediately after purchase, the 14-day EU right of withdrawal may not apply once you have started using the Service. Nevertheless, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee with no questions asked. To request a refund, email ridahel19991@gmail.com and we will process it via Paddle.

7. Intellectual property
All exam questions, scoring logic, branding and code on ChauffeurKlaar are owned by Mohamed Rida Helwani and are protected by copyright. You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial preparation only.

8. Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mohamed Rida Helwani is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available at https://chauffeurklaar.nl/terms. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

يقدّم ChauffeurKlaar امتحانات تدريبية ومادة تحضيرية لمساعدتك على الاستعداد لامتحان نظرية التاكسي الهولندي. الخدمة مستقلة وغير تابعة بأي شكل لـ CBR (سلطة رخص القيادة الهولندية) ولا تتحمل CBR أي مسؤولية عنها. اجتيازك امتحاناً تدريبياً على ChauffeurKlaar لا يضمن اجتيازك الامتحان الرسمي.

2. الأهلية
يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 سنة أو أكثر لشراء أي باقة. عند تأكيد الطلب، أنت تقرّ بأن المعلومات التي تقدّمها صحيحة وأنك مخوّل باستخدام وسيلة الدفع المختارة.

3. الحساب والباقات وحدود المحاولات
يمكنك إنشاء حساب مجاني بإيميلك وكلمة مرور، أو الدخول بحساب Google. يشمل الحساب المجاني امتحاناً تجريبياً مجانياً واحداً (40 سؤالاً). تسجّل الدخول بالإيميل وكلمة المرور، أو بـ Google، أو برمز من 6 أرقام لاستخدام واحد نرسله إلى إيميلك. إذا اشتريت بدون حساب، ننشئ حساباً للإيميل المستخدم عند الدفع ونرسل لك رابط دخول. لكل امتحان داخل الباقة عدد محدد من المحاولات كما هو موضح في صفحة الباقات؛ بمجرد بدء المحاولة تُحتسَب حتى لو لم تُكملها. لكل باقة مدة صلاحية ثابتة تبدأ من تأكيد الدفع. إذا اشتريت باقة جديدة وباقتك الحالية ما زالت سارية، تبدأ المدة الجديدة عند انتهاء الحالية.
باقة "بنك الأسئلة الكامل — حتى النجاح": تمنحك هذه الباقة الوصول لكل الأسئلة وكل الامتحانات لمدة 12 شهراً من تأكيد الدفع. لا تتجدد تلقائياً: إذا رسبت بامتحان نظرية التاكسي الرسمي لدى CBR خلال مدة صلاحيتك، راسلنا على ridahel19991@gmail.com مع إثبات النتيجة (رسالة النتيجة من CBR أو لقطة شاشة) وسنمدّد وصولك 12 شهراً إضافية مجاناً. لا نضمن النجاح.

4. الاستخدام المقبول
تتعهد بعدم مشاركة حسابك أو بيانات دخولك، أو إعادة نشر محتوى الامتحانات، أو استخراج محتوى الخدمة آلياً، أو محاولة التحايل على حدود المحاولات. يجوز لنا تعليق صلاحية أي حساب يخلّ بهذه الشروط.

5. الأسعار والدفع
الأسعار موضحة في صفحة الباقات وتشمل الضريبة حيث ينطبق. تتم معالجة جميع الطلبات عبر المورّد Paddle.com (تاجر السجل Merchant of Record)، وهو المسؤول عن خدمة العملاء والإرجاع. تتم معالجة الفواتير وضريبة القيمة المضافة والمدفوعات من خلال Paddle.

6. الاسترداد
بما أن الخدمة محتوى رقمي ويبدأ الوصول فوراً بعد الشراء، فقد لا ينطبق حق الانسحاب الأوروبي خلال 14 يوماً بمجرد بدء استخدامك الخدمة. ومع ذلك، نقدّم ضمان استرداد كامل خلال 14 يوماً بدون أسئلة. لطلب الاسترداد، راسلنا على ridahel19991@gmail.com وسنُعالجه عبر Paddle.

7. الملكية الفكرية
جميع أسئلة الامتحانات ومنطق التصحيح والعلامة التجارية والكود البرمجي على ChauffeurKlaar مملوكة لـ Mohamed Rida Helwani ومحمية بحقوق النشر. يحق لك استخدام الخدمة لأغراضك الشخصية التحضيرية غير التجارية فقط.

8. المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" دون أي ضمانات. إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمل Mohamed Rida Helwani أي مسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية تنشأ عن استخدامك للخدمة. لا تستبعد هذه الشروط أي مسؤولية لا يمكن استبعادها بموجب القانون المعمول به.

9. التعديلات
يجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. أحدث نسخة متاحة دائماً على https://chauffeurklaar.nl/terms. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد أي تعديل يعني قبولك للشروط المحدّثة.

Welkom bij ChauffeurKlaar. Deze Servicevoorwaarden zijn van toepassing op je gebruik van https://chauffeurklaar.nl en de digitale trainingsinhoud die via de site beschikbaar wordt gesteld (de "Service").

1. De Service
ChauffeurKlaar biedt online oefenexamens en trainingsmateriaal aan om je voor te bereiden op het Nederlandse taxitheorie-examen. De Service is onafhankelijk en is op geen enkele manier verbonden met, goedgekeurd door of gelieerd aan CBR (de Nederlandse rijbewijsautoriteit). Het behalen van een oefenexamen op ChauffeurKlaar garandeert niet dat je het officiële examen haalt.

2. Toelating
Je moet minimaal 18 jaar oud zijn om een pakket te kopen. Door te bestellen bevestig je dat de informatie die je opgeeft juist is en dat je bevoegd bent om de gekozen betalingsmethode te gebruiken.

3. Account, pakketten en pogingslimieten
Je kunt een gratis account maken met je e-mailadres en een wachtwoord, of inloggen met Google. Een gratis account bevat één gratis proefexamen (40 vragen). Je logt in met je e-mailadres en wachtwoord, met Google, of met een eenmalige 6-cijferige code die we je mailen. Koop je zonder account, dan maken we een account aan voor het e-mailadres van je bestelling en mailen we je een inloglink. Elk examen in een pakket heeft een vast aantal pogingen zoals beschreven op de prijspagina; zodra een poging is gestart telt deze mee, ook als je hem niet afrondt. Elk pakket heeft een vaste geldigheidstermijn die start zodra je betaling is bevestigd. Koop je een nieuw pakket terwijl je huidige nog geldig is, dan start de nieuwe termijn wanneer de huidige afloopt.
Pakket "Complete vragenbank – tot je slaagt": dit pakket geeft 12 maanden toegang tot alle vragen en alle examens vanaf de betalingsbevestiging. Het loopt niet automatisch eindeloos door: zak je voor het officiële CBR-taxitheorie-examen terwijl je toegang geldig is, mail dan ridahel19991@gmail.com met bewijs van de uitslag (bijv. de CBR-uitslagbrief of screenshot) en we verlengen je toegang kosteloos met nog eens 12 maanden. We garanderen niet dat je slaagt.

4. Aanvaardbaar gebruik
Je mag je account of inloggegevens niet delen, de exameninhoud niet verspreiden, de Service niet scrapen en niet proberen de pogingslimieten te omzeilen. Wij kunnen de toegang opschorten voor accounts die deze Voorwaarden schenden.

5. Prijzen en betaling

6. Terugbetaling
Omdat de Service digitale inhoud betreft en de toegang direct na aankoop begint, is het EU-herroepingsrecht van 14 dagen mogelijk niet van toepassing zodra je de Service gaat gebruiken. Toch bieden wij een terugbetaalgarantie van 14 dagen, zonder vragen. Om een terugbetaling aan te vragen, mail naar ridahel19991@gmail.com en wij verwerken dit via Paddle.

7. Intellectueel eigendom
Alle examenvragen, scoringslogica, branding en code op ChauffeurKlaar zijn eigendom van Mohamed Rida Helwani en auteursrechtelijk beschermd. Je mag de Service uitsluitend voor persoonlijke, niet-commerciële voorbereiding gebruiken.

8. Aansprakelijkheid
De Service wordt geleverd "zoals ze is", zonder enige garantie. Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan is Mohamed Rida Helwani niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte of gevolgschade die voortvloeit uit je gebruik van de Service. Niets in deze Voorwaarden sluit aansprakelijkheid uit die niet wettelijk kan worden uitgesloten.

9. Wijzigingen
Wij kunnen deze Voorwaarden van tijd tot tijd bijwerken. De nieuwste versie is altijd beschikbaar op https://chauffeurklaar.nl/terms. Als je de Service blijft gebruiken na een wijziging, accepteer je de bijgewerkte Voorwaarden.
